I contacted hp today again. No topfind247.co Looks like Hp blocked the tools from working. This possibly depends on bios version. Early version 68CCU Version F it may still work but 68CCU Version F nope. Hoping @Mazzif can find a solution. After 20 years using Hp I cannot support this bad business move. They are clearly not supporting us. SMC file allows to delete PASSWORD in any HP!!! from pendrive!!!.
